How hours to checking on the patient baby

Thank you so much for posting. I'm two days out of hospital and after procedure I have frequency and urgency even if little voiding. Still mostly red or pinkish in the urine. Somewhat painful to get the flow started. Body shakes and trembling as I am trying to void. Doing fair bit of walking around. Taking high fibre diet to get the bowels moving. Not taking any pain killers. Just a heating pad. Appetite is good. Trying to stay positive. More to this than I actually expected! 😮Good luck to everyone!

It's degrading and invasive. That's probably why they did it while I was unconscious. I would have objected to it. Nobody's going to force anything on me that I don't want. ☹️☹️😣😣

This is an awesome summary. It’s really helpful when I can tie s/s to an organ or some physiology. For example epigastric or RUQ pain is related to an increase in liver enzyme in pre-eclampsia. Please correct me or share a better way to think about this! Wide spread organ damage pre-eclampsia: Kidney- oliguria, GFR decreased, proteinuria Liver- epigastric/ RUQ pain, increase in liver enzymes Microvascular- HA, dizziness, vision changes Brian- confusion, muscle irritability/hyperreflexia, risk for seizure Cardio/respiratory - edema, BP, SOB

Just got my blood test result about low creatinine and BUN and this kinda helped..

It seems she forgot to mention that once ballon is inflated, one needs to pull gently on the catheter to seat the ballon at bladder exit.
